Has donut shack re opened yet?

Yes. Donuts slowly getting better.

Do they by any chance have malasadas ?

I don't think they do, unfortunately.

Do they accept charge cards or debit cards?

Yes they do.

Do they still make the jelly sticks. These were my dad's favorite. I'd like to get some to take to him when we go visit in December.

Yes. Had them this AM. Now with NEW ownership, all back to normal: excellent.

Are the donuts still hand cut

Not anymore. The new owners outsourced the production to an off site manufacturer.

Why are they closed? And when will they re open?

Sold off. Donuts not the same, not as great. Local memorabilia off the walls. We lost a good spot. FEB 29, 2020 NEW OWNERS THE SHACK IS BACK.

Are their hours seasonal

Closed for thanksgiving and Christmas, other than that open 24/7
